Compensation: $45–$55/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan, based on experience and skill)

We are seeking an experienced Senior A-Level Automotive Technician with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our Sacramento shop. This role is perfect for a skilled, detail-oriented technician who thrives on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and leading by example. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior techs, influence shop standards, and grow into a leadership role within a collaborative, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on all makes and models
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) accurately and efficiently
- Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing best practices and skills
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain high professionalism and shop standards at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, processes, and customer service
Qualifications
- Senior A-Level Production Technician with 8+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle systems
- ASE certifications preferred, Smog license a plus
- Proven interest in mentoring and team leadership
- Strong computer and digital diagnostic tool skills
- Team-oriented, professional, and self-motivated
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Commitment to learning and growing with the shop
