Cargo/Freight, Class A License, Delivery Driving, Heavy Equipment/Vehicles, Order Delivery, Truck Driver
Position Details:
- Driver will make deliveries in heavy haul reefer trailers from the DC in American Falls ID to customer sites in WA, ID, OR, and UT
- Driver must be comfortable running over the Blue Mountain Range year round
- At the receiver, freight will be a combination of live unload by the customer and drop/hook
- Driver is required to assist with local deliveries as needed
Special Requirements:
- Driver will onboard in ID and then train for 2 weeks in Salt Lake City, UT
- Driver must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates
- Driver is required to drive over the Blue Mountain range
- Driver is required to assist with port deliveries as needed
Truck Info:
- Automatic Heavy Haul sleepers
- Trucks are assigned
- Trucks must be left at the account for time off
- Monday-Friday
- Weekend work may be required based on customer demand
- Start time: 12am
Driver will layover an average of 3-4 nights per week
- Average 11 hour days
- Holiday work may be required
- $0.71-$0.73 per mile
- Detention pay: $20 Per Hour
- New hire training daily pay: $20 Per Hour
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $300.00 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $93,648.00
