    Job Title: Selling Branch Manager

    Location: Grand Prairie, TX (On-site)
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Salary: $75,000 Annually + Commission

    Role Overview

    The Branch Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and contributing to overall branch success within a fast-paced staffing environment. This role is heavily focused on business development, account growth, and consultative selling within the light industrial and manufacturing space.

    The ideal candidate is a competitive, goal-driven staffing sales professional with a strong track record of developing new business, managing client relationships, and consistently exceeding revenue goals. Candidates who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building long-term partnerships will be highly successful in this role.

    Previous leadership or branch oversight experience is considered a plus, but strong staffing sales performance and business development ability are the primary focus for this opportunity.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
    • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
    • Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
    • Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions.
    • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of accounts while supporting overall branch performance.
    • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client delivery and service execution.
    • Track competitor activity, industry trends, and local market opportunities.
    • Contribute to a positive, high-performance branch culture through teamwork and accountability.

    Required Background

    • Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B staffing sales experience required.
    • Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
    • Strong prospecting, client relationship management, and territory development skills.
    • Experience selling staffing solutions to plant managers, HR leaders, or operations teams is strongly preferred.
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
    • Leadership or team oversight experience is a plus, but not required.

    • Base salary $75K plus uncapped commission potential (six-figure earnings achievable in the second year).
