Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
