Job Title: Seismic Publishing Operations / Content Production Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid Role

Fulltime role

Salary: $130-135K Max, negotiable for right candidate.

Additional Job Details:

Job Summary: The analyst/associate will manage content updates and additions within the Seismic platform and ecosystem. Content update process includes reviewing material content, internal codes, metadata, and other quality control reviews.

• Own and optimize the complete content intake, publishing, and update workflow within the Seismic platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor notification systems and automated workflows within Seismic to guide content owners through submission, review, and approval processes.

• Track key content completion metrics and analyze content performance on Seismic

• Act as a primary liaison with content owners, proactively following up to ensure timely content submissions, updates, and adherence to content governance policies and compliance requirements.

• Upload content and update related metadata

• Work within defined processes

• Able to suggest process improvements and navigate where processes are being improved

• Inform teammates and content owners about process details

• Interface with teammates and a varied set of content owners to assist in content updates

Must haves

• Strong Communication – Able to interact with internal teammates and a varied set of content owners to add/update materials

• Accountability – Able to work in an operating team without constant supervision

• Attention to Detail – Ability to interact with content owners, ask questions, clarify details, and take appropriate actions.

• One role may be elevated to Associate-level and will focus on Traffic Management across team.

• Role would primarily oversee content update processes and will assist team with content updates during peak periods.

Nice to haves

• Experience with content management process and/or managing content within Seismic (LiveDocs experience is NOT critical)

• Experience working in Asset Management in a content production or management operation

• Experience creating and distributing Seismic reports and dashboards to internal contributors
