Mercy Health - St. Rita's Sleep Medicine in Lima, Ohio is seeking a nurse practitioner to join our busy practice. We offer a family-oriented environment and positive culture where teamwork is valued and quality care for our patients is our top priority.

Highlights:
- Care for Outpatient Sleep Patients
- Respond to patient phone calls during office hours, manage in-basket & patient results.
- Prescribe medications.
- Travel to satellite locations to provide patient care.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, five 8-hour days. The office is open from 8 AM to 4 PM, M-R and 8 AM to 12 noon on Friday.
- Adult and Geriatric patient base (Ages 18 and up).
- Work with Medical Students and Residents
- Strong physician collaboration and exceptional clinical staff.
- Certified by AANP or like certification for Nurse Practitioners.
- Licensure with the state of Ohio as a PA-C or CNP.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
