Seeking and Outgoing and Sales-Driven Client Care Specialist

Five Points Pet Resort – Vass, NC

Five Points Pet Resort is hiring a sales-driven, outgoing Client Care Specialist for our Vass location.

This is not your average front desk position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, confidently recommend services, and actively sell packages, activities, and suite upgrades - all while delivering exceptional client care to pets and their owners.

What You'll Do:

• Check pets in and out for boarding, daycare & grooming
• Answer phones and emails professionally
• Make and alter reservations
• Sell packages, add-ons, and accommodations
• Communicate clearly and transparently with pet parents
• Safely handle dogs and cats
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby/front desk area
• Process payments accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Strong client service experience
• Proven sales ability and confidence discussing pricing
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
• Love for animals and comfort handling pets
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Highschool or GED Equivalent
• Client Care Experience (1+ year)
• Sales Experience (1+ year)
