Security Technician II

Loyal Source is looking for an Electronic Security Systems Maintenance Technician for an employment opportunity in Washington, D.C.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be integral in ensuring the reliability and functionality of electronic security systems. Your expertise will contribute to the operational integrity and security for various organizations by performing key maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory management. Your work will be pivotal in maintaining secure environments, thereby impacting the organization's safety protocols and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting and documenting daily toolbox talks.
• Maintaining, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting all head end equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
• Programming head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
• Providing on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of electronics service or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
• 3+ years of the above experience must be focused on electronic security systems.
• Experience leading small teams of technicians.
• Must pass customer background check after offer is extended.
• Requires a Valid driver's license.
• Please note that in pursuit of a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. Citizenship status.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00pm-6:30am.
