As a Security Supervisor – Night, you’ll oversee all overnight safety and security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, associates, and property while leading a team committed to creating a secure and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Lead and support Loss Prevention Officers, ensuring schedules, patrols, and assignments are completed effectively.
Monitor, document, and respond to suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations.
Conduct investigations of theft, property damage, accidents, or safety incidents, completing detailed reports.
Enforce hotel safety procedures, including fire, emergency, and evacuation plans.
Maintain key control, monitor access points, and ensure security systems are used properly.
Train, coach, and cross-train team members on safety standards and emergency response.
Collaborate with hotel leaders to resolve guest concerns, enforce policies, and promote a safe, harassment-free workplace.
Supervise patrols of guest floors, public spaces, exterior grounds, and back-of-house areas.
Oversee accident reporting, provide First Aid/CPR as needed, and follow up to prevent future incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure security and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CCTV operations and hotel safety protocols preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Familiarity with OSHA guidelines, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, associates, and law enforcement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
Experience in security, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
