POSITION SUMMARY: A Security Supervisor will assist all managers in overseeing and leading all Security Hosts. They are responsible for ensuring safety of all guests, team members, and company assets and properties. They will perform responsibilities in accordance will all company standards, policies, and procedures. This is not an entry-level position, and previous high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightlife experience is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Lead all Security Hosts. Act as a role model to all Team Members and encourage others to do the same. - Practice teamwork, support fellow team members, create and contribute to an energized, positive work atmosphere.
Prevent indecent and prohibited behavior, persons showing signs of over intoxication, and damage to Company property.
Practice, support, and promote company-wide culture and demonstrate proper standards of service at all times, including greeting incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
Patrol assigned area and observe, or stand at assigned post and observe all areas to preserve order among guests, team members, and Company property.
Respond to all disturbances in order to defuse the situation. Be prepared to become involved in a physical confrontation when necessary. Always remain alert.
Observe, report, and take action as necessary with all suspicious situations, unusual situations, and with undesirable guests in the venue.
Notify a Security Manager of any incidents, and area checks.
Ensure the entrances and front of venue buildings are clear of unwelcomed or loitering individuals.
Comply with all department and Company policies and procedures.
Document all incidents in detailed reports relating to property, guests, and team members as directed. - Have a working knowledge of safety and emergency protocols. Respond to and assist in all emergencies, as needed.
Maintain a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct, free of any questionable association.
Have a working knowledge of applicable laws (Federal, State and local laws), policies and procedures and a working knowledge for enforcement of laws, policies and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas. Must have the ability to withstand high and low temperatures.
Involves constant public contact, Fast paced, high volume, high energy.
Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy etc. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. access.
Tasks are performed from a non-sitting and sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp.
These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
Work may entail trained chemical usage.
Constant contact with guests and fellow Team Members is required.
Able to wear and use a portable radio and headset.
Willing to work in a loud and smoke-filled environment.
Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management
Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to be exposed to day life/nightlife environmental factors including but not limited to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
IN ADDITION TO THE AFOREMENTIONED ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, SECURITY OFFICER WILL BE EVALUATED ON THE FOLLOWING LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:
