Description:This position requires ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

This is a Panama 12-hour schedule, 2pm-2am, with rotating days:

WEEK 1 - Work Monday-Tuesday, off Wednesday-Thursday Work Friday-Sunday

WEEK 2- OFF Monday-Tuesday Work Wednesday-Thursday and OFF Friday-Sunday

After week 2 the cycle starts back over to the week 1 & 2 schedule.

Security Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, direct, and oversee the Allied Universal Protection Services personnel that provide physical security.
  • Assist in security inspections and training with local law-enforcement.
  • Coordinate the physical security activities of an assigned shift in addition to ensuring the consistency of operations across all shifts.
  • Resolve day to day issues and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are completed on schedule or ahead of schedule.
  • Appropriately and professionally address security concerns or questions posed by site employees.

Must be able to pass a psychological assessment prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Familiar with multiple aspects pertaining to security, fire, medical, and/or crisis management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a psychological assessment prior to start.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to operate company owned vehicles.
  • Ability to work Panama schedule.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience creating and delivering relevant security related presentations.
  • Report writing experience i.e. ability to investigate facts, interview witnesses, and formulate official security reports.
  • Valid Concealed Carry Permit.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leader
