These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose: Honesty, Reliability, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Passion. **About the role and what you'll be doing:** The Security Senior Solution Architect leverages knowledge of security architecture to document, shape, and direct the technology roadmap for Ensono and for our clients. You will work directly with senior executives and leadership to identify and address technology gaps, strategic goals, and business imperatives impacted by infrastructure technologies. In this role, you'll suggest new technologies or new approaches to achieve business goals and develop methodologies to integrate technology innovation with existing governance and enterprise architecture processes. As a Security Senior Solution Architect, you will provide fully-costed solution architecture to meet client and prospective client requests, maintain and update documentation related to organization-wide IT activities and technology roadmaps, and communicate progress and direction through formal presentations, collaborative meetings, and content publishing to mixed audiences. You will also support new business opportunities including pre-sales support, architecture, and design support by leading implementation of Ensono solutions and/or managing complex change that significantly impacts existing solutions. You'll ensure individualized solutions incorporate clients' and Ensono's overall business strategy and technical vision while serving as the technical lead in all solution communications with clients and overseeing progress throughout the implementation phase. **What You Will Do:** · Work with clients to obtain solution requirements for security infrastructure · Create written designs for security solutions that meet or exceed requirements utilizing a reference architecture · Serve as the technical subject matter expert for implementations and ensure adherence to proposed designs · Present cost estimates for security solution implementation processes and ongoing production support · Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach, anticipate obstacles, and recommend solution options to mitigate · Ensure security solution designs fulfill functional and technical requirements and can consistently meet progress against service level agreements (SLAs) · Maintain accountability for the accuracy, process, integrity, quality, and stewardship of client security infrastructure solutions · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices across hybrid IT environments. Including focused work with the Ensono Information Security Team to refine security services and offerings leveraged by our customers and develop new services based on direct customer interactions. **We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.** **What You Will Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience (10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree) + Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in information security, security architecture, or related roles + Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions across hybrid environments (mainframe, midrange, cloud) + Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent security certifications + Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Zero Trust) + Experience with security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption + Demonstrated experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform + Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection principles + Experience presenting to and advising C-level executives and senior leadership on security strategy + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences + Experience with pre-sales activities, solution design, and cost estimation for security implementations + Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail **Bonus Qualifications** · Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field · Cloud security certifications (AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer) · TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification · Experience with DevSecOps practices and security automation tools · An understanding of how AI-Enabled attacks are changing security in today's IT environments (Mainframe, Midrange, X86 and cloud) · Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government) · Experience with security assessment and penetration testing methodologies · Familiarity with mainframe security (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret) and legacy system security · Experience with security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) platforms · Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification · Experience with vulnerability management and security operations center (SOC) operations · Knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response procedures **Why Ensono?** Ensono is a place to make better happen - for our clients and for your career. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
