Security Patrol Officer - Unarmed

Job Title: Unarmed Security Patrol Officer (Ideal for public safety officers, police, military, security personnel)

Pay Range: $21.50 per hour (Weekly Pay,Pay Advance Before Pay Day, Free Uniforms, Great Benefits!)

Shift/Schedule: Wed. - Sat. from 4:00pm to 2:00am

Requirements:

• Security, public safety, military, or law enforcement strongly experience preferred, but will train.
• Must be able to walk during shift (ride electric bike is a plus/preferred but not required)
• Customer service - friendly, helpful, approachable personality

What You'll Be Doing:

• Patrol the assigned zone on foot and/or bike as a deterrent and be on the lookout for unwanted behavior and activity.
• Provide information, assistance, and directions to pedestrians and visitors. Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to local authorities via established communication methods. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other identifiers.
• Firmly and courteously request compliance from persons violating low-level quality of life crimes, such as panhandling, loitering, disruptive behavior, etc.
• Actively acknowledge and engage pedestrians with a friendly greeting/smile in order to provide directions and city information.
• Responsible for making a specified number of visits to zone businesses to share information and gather contact information.
• Must be able to complete basic daily reports of tasks completed, which requires being proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
