Experience: 2-5+ years of progressive security experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Education: A High School diploma or GED is generally required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field is often preferred.
Licensing: Valid state-issued security officer licenses, guard registration, and a clean driver's license.
Skills: Proficiency in security management software, physical fitness, strong crisis management capabilities, and exceptional conflict resolution skills
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise security officers and patrol guards to ensure 24/7 facility coverage.
Patrol Management: Design and evaluate patrol routes, post orders, and response protocols. Ensure guards are actively using patrol tracking software and technology.
Incident Response: Direct on-site responses to security breaches, medical emergencies, fires, and safety hazards.
Risk Assessment: Conduct routine threat assessments and vulnerability audits across the assigned properties.
Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with facility managers, local law enforcement, and security technology vendors.
Administrative Duties: Manage company budgets, order equipment, review incident reports, and ensure compliance with State security licensing regulations
A Security Patrol Manager directs company safety operations, overseeing security personnel, managing response budgets, and enforcing site protocols. They conduct routine risk assessments, monitor surveillance, and coordinate with local, State and Federal law enforcement to mitigate threats. Conducts mobile and stationary security operations. You will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, planning patrol routes, mitigating risks, and ensuring rapid response to incidents. They act as the primary liaison between security staff and corporate management or clients.
