The Security Operations Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, configuration, and lifecycle of our global electronic access control platforms, supporting CCTV technologies (Genetec), and advising project and operational teams on support, standards, compliance, and best-practice implementations.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in CCure 9000, strong experience in enterprise CCTV systems, and a passion for ensuring secure, standardised, and resilient technology deployments across diverse environments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary U.S. SME for CCure access control, responsible for system integrity, configuration standards, support for troubleshooting, and lifecycle governance.

Team members benefit from a wide range of formal and informal training, including classroom, online, and hands-on learning with global colleagues and industry-leading technology partners.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends or holidays, when system incidents or recovery efforts require it.
