Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access-related concerns, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
