Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access activity, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $16.15 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and other policy violations.
• Support retail and distribution operations by observing site conditions, documenting concerns, and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
