KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security & Patrol
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity
Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic
Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems
Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation
Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times
Safety & Compliance
Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures
Maintain knowledge of emergency response protocols
Inspect property for safety risks (fire hazards, equipment issues, etc.)
Support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
Provide directions and support as needed
Maintain a visible, approachable presence on-site
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Ability to write clear and accurate reports
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Prior security or customer-facing experience
Familiarity with CCTV, alarms, or access control systems
