Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.02 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post instructions and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, restricted areas, and/or exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry of staff, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures for a sensitive healthcare environment.
• Prepare clear and timely reports on incidents, observations, and/or patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
