As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol - Residential in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal in a residential location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this unarmed role, you will support access awareness, assist residents and guests, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time / Graveyard Shift

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and amenity areas, verify visitor and/or vendor activity when required, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues.
• Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with routine questions, providing directions, and helping to address resident concerns while maintaining awareness of site rules and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
