Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a bustling retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first and support the location with integrity, care, and teamwork.

Position Type: Part Time / Day Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor activity across the property to help identify unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and communicate needed follow-up to the appropriate contacts.
• Support access and crowd management activities during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
