Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a luxury retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.12 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, stockroom-adjacent areas, and the perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, help to deter theft-related behavior and/or unauthorized access, and report suspicious persons, packages, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support opening and closing procedures, observe access points and high-traffic areas, and assist with security-related interactions in a professional manner consistent with the location's service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
