Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry points, lobby activity, and tenant or visitor movement as directed, helping to support access control practices and reporting security-related issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations at the location by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and providing courteous assistance during alarms, escorts, evacuations, and/or other security-related situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
