As a Security Officer Overnight Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering variety throughout your shift while supporting daily operations. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and employee movement, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured access points, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support access control, visitor processing, and after-hours building checks while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
