Responsibilities
Maintain a visible armed presence to deter and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, or disturbances.
Monitor premises through patrols, body cams, and surveillance systems.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with sound judgment and tactical awareness.
Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports using company dispatch or reporting systems.
Enforce access control, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with property rules.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid Texas Level 3 (Armed) Commission License issued by DPS.
Have your own firearm and duty gear in compliance with DPS standards.
Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent communication, observation, and de-escalation skills.
Reliable transportation and a professional appearance required.
