Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a prestigious financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and/or employee movement, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance issues according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by following Allied Universal protocols, maintaining an attentive presence, and providing clear information and assistance during routine and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
