At a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. As part of Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, support daily operations through teamwork, and act with integrity while helping create a welcoming environment.
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access credentials in accordance with site protocols, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have 1 or more years of security-related experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
