As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Representative in SUNNYVALE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas at a financial institution location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This is a driving post. You will respond to security-related concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity at Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to Allied Universal and site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location by observing visitor movement, checking credentials when required, and documenting security-related concerns or policy violations.
- Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff and/or visitors, and completing required logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
