What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the appropriate response to routine concerns, after-hours issues, and emergency situations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate information to on-site personnel, first responders, and/or property management as needed.
- Use radios, phones, cameras, and other site systems to track activity, support field personnel, and help to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and communication.
- Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while maintaining detailed logs, status updates, and reports on daily operations and unusual activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
