As a Security Officer Concierge in Eaton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic technology location where you will serve as the welcoming presence at the front desk, assisting with access control, visitor management, and security-related support. In this stationary role, you will help create a professional environment through strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail while reflecting a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific policies, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related procedures at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by verifying credentials, registering guests, issuing visitor passes, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals and/or deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate personnel and documentation processes.
• Answer phones, assist with directions, and support front desk operations by maintaining logs, receiving packages, and communicating important information to staff and/or visitors.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate by following site instructions, assisting with orderly lobby coordination, and contacting designated personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
