Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $18.02 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a public healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical support calls, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity documentation, communicate clearly with healthcare personnel and/or government representatives, and support orderly operations during high-traffic periods or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Vaccines are required for hospital roles.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
