As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy transportation location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, agile approach.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, parking areas, loading and unloading zones, platforms, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe for policy violations, and report security-related issues in accordance with site guidelines.
• Assist with traffic flow, vehicle and pedestrian activity, and/or general information requests while maintaining awareness of the surroundings and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
