Palisade Defense Security is seeking professional, dependable, and motivated Security Officers to join our growing team. We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to protect our clients while providing exceptional customer service.

Whether you're an experienced officer or looking to begin your career in private security, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties on foot or by vehicle
• Monitor entrances and exits
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
• Write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergencies
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Enforce client policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and law enforcement when necessary

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Nevada PILB Work Card (Armed or Unarmed)
• Valid Nevada Driver License
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
