As a Security Officer Armed Transportation Mobile in Fort Pierce, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, common areas, and/or exterior spaces for security-related concerns, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior through proper channels.
• Support security-related operations by following post orders, maintaining a professional presence, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card .
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
