As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol in Monticello, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following armed post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity, documenting observations and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by assisting with de-escalation, controlling access during sensitive situations, and coordinating with site contacts, first responders, and/or law enforcement when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
