Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while preparing clear, accurate documentation of security-related activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while verifying credentials, controlling access, and reporting unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support healthcare operations by assisting with de-escalation, following post orders, and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related experience, law enforcement experience, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
