As a AirportSecurity Officer Patrol Concierge Services in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. At a busy airport location, Allied Universal Officers conduct routine unarmed patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time, Dayshift
Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:
20+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with airport personnel, public agencies, and/or emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.
Support location operations by documenting daily activities, preparing incident reports, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and general public interactions.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
