Be part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by a caring culture and integrity. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM **What You'll Do:** + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and assisting with security-related concerns at a manufacturing and industrial location. + Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. + Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and follow established protocols for deliveries, temporary badges, and restricted areas. + Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, remaining aware that working environments and conditions may vary by location. + Prepare clear reports on access activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and support client staff with directions, information, and other customer service needs related to the post. **Minimum Requirements:** + Customer service experience is preferred. + The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. + A guard card and/or license is preferred. + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. **Why Join Us:** + **Smart Tools:** Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. + **Career Growth:** Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. + **Financial and Health Benefits:** Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance. + **Exclusive Perks:** Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program. **Job ID:** 2026-1593510 **Location:** United States-Washington-Spokane **Job Category:** Security Officer
