As a Security Officer Access Entry in Fountain Inn, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will help monitor entry points, manage badges and access control activity, and support security-related operations through visible presence and professional communication. You will perform routine patrols, respond to site needs, and deliver customer service with integrity. Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entrances, gates, and/or designated access points, verify credentials and authorized access, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other conditions that may require security-related attention.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, access events, and incident observations, helping to support security-related awareness and continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
