Oversee all assigned Mobile Patrol Security Officers overnight.We’re looking for dedicated and motivated Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor to join our team in the Westerville, OH area! As a Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor, you will be a critical part of our mission to keep communities safe, foster professional relationship with our clients, maintain and oversee officers in your designated area, as well as supervise a fleet of Signal patrol vehicles that serve as a beacon of light in our goal towards complete safety and security.
Train and assist with final onboarding of all new employees.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations involving employees and clients.
Assist employees, clients, and/or Director with all security-related concerns.
Schedule all employees to necessary patrol routes
Strong customer service skills—our coordinators engage with the community members and clients every day
Ability to work as a cohesive unit with the Director of Operations and Field Leadership Personnel
Ability to work independently and follow all established protocols and timelines
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation at all times
Job Types: Full-time hours available
Shifts: 7PM - 5AM / Overnight / Daytime Training/Admin Hours as needed
Pay: $20.00 per hour with merit increases after timeline evaluations
Age 21+ / Valid Driver License
Clean background check & drug screening
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree + minimum 2 years in private security field
Ability to work all days of the week including some major holidays and special events.
Reliable transportation to our office in Westerville, OH.
