Responsibilities include serving as an escalation point for SNOC and Help Desk security-related issues. The role begins with monitoring and reviewing security dashboards, alerts, and threat activity, followed by engineering and project-based work. Approximately 60% of the role is focused on security projects, system improvements, and troubleshooting complex security and network-related issues. Daily activities include designing, implementing, and managing security controls across on-premises and cloud environments; monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents and vulnerabilities; and supporting compliance and security governance initiatives. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in information security engineering, security operations, or cybersecurity infrastructure. - Required Certifications: One or more of the following or equivalent: CompTIA Security+; GIAC (GSEC or similar);Cisco CCNA Security or equivalent - Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools. - Experience configuring and supporting VPNs, secure network connectivity, and hybrid cloud security solutions. \***Please see the full success profile at the end of the job ad.** **TRAVEL** - Travel as needed \<10% **SCHEDULE** - Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
