HumanHire is partnered with a premier, top-tier plaintiffs' litigation law firm to find a Securities Litigation Associate to join their growing team in NYC or LA offices. This position offers the opportunity to work litigating securities fraud matters on behalf of the firms clients. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial candidate who is passionate about plaintiff-side litigation and thinks critically and creatively about potential legal claims and litigation strategy.
We Offer:- Pay: $220K - $320K Base Salary plus Bonus

Responsibilities:- Represent clients in complex securities fraud litigation matters on the plaintiff side.
- Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and client advocacy.
- Candidates should possess strong litigation experience, with prior exposure to securities-related matters considered a plus.
- Judicial clerkship experience is highly preferred.
- The firm is open to considering candidates currently practicing on the defense side who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side litigation.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Securities litigation, class actions, or other complex litigation experience is required
- Active New York Bar or California Bar Admission
