Position Details
The Hale Area School District is located in the Northeast portion of the Lower Peninsula, nestled between Tawas and the Lake Huron Shorefront and West Branch. On the western edge of Iosco County, Hale is a small, rural town with a real small town atmosphere, made up of a supportive educational community. The Hale area has a strong tourism base, known for its hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. The district offers a rigorous curriculum, demonstrating scores that are often above state averages, and at the top of Northeastern Michigan in most areas. Class sizes are kept low to help maximize student success.
