Additionally, we have excellent opportunities for professional development, including an accredited Induction Program for Preliminary credential holders. The district fully pays health benefits for the employee, and the district also covers 75% of their dependents. Cupertino may grant up to fourteen (14) years of verified, full-time experience for placement on the salary schedule. Annual bonuses for up to two (2) advanced degrees (Masters/Doctorate) and National Board Certification.
