Title: Seasonal Warehouse Assistant
Location: North Sioux City, SD
Job Type: Full Time - Hourly
Time Frame: May 2026 - August 2026
Reports To: Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnose malfunctions of computer hardware for the purpose of determining the appropriate parts needed for the repair of the computer
- Knowledge of various tools and techniques involved in general warehouse work and computer repair
- Ability to disassemble and assemble a wide variety of computers for repair purposes
- Maintain accurate records using designated applications provided
- Participates in all aspects of warehousing, shipping, receiving, organizing, and storing of goods in the warehouse
- Ability to manage the installation of custom images on several computers simultaneously
- Ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis
- Ability to perform data collection and recording
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Over 18 years old
- A good knowledge of different computer components

- Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with teams, and management at all levels in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss departmental information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding no matter the level of audience
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes
- Critical thinking and problem solving
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods of time in a climate-controlled office environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and be very detail oriented
- Extended periods of time utilizing hand tools needed to repair computers.
- Able to move quickly to meet warehouse demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repetitively
- Must clear criminal background check and drug test
- Moderate travel may be required
