Position Overview

Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour

Work Schedule: 30 - 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Typical day is 7:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic Summer Camp Counselors to help create a safe, supportive, and exciting summer experience for children. Ideal candidates enjoy working with kids, leading activities, and serving as positive role models while helping campers make lasting memories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all campers
• Leading and assisting with a variety of camp activities
• Working closely and patiently with children of different ages
• Encouraging positive behavior, teamwork, and participation
• Serve as a positive role model at all times
• Ensure a safe and clean facility and environment
• Provide excellent care and customer service to the public

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to lead and engage children in activities, projects, and field trips
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience working with children preferred

Additional Requirements:

• First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed)
