If you answered yes to the questions above, then you should know that Congressional Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Stock Room Attendant. This role supports our Purchasing Department during our busy season by helping ensure our food & beverage operations are organized, stocked, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

What will be expected of you:

• Receive, unload, and process deliveries while accurately accounting for incoming inventory
• Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure products are easily accessible and storage areas remain clean and orderly
• Assist with inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits and daily operations
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies in inventory
• Follow all health and safety standards within the stock room and club property
• Support multiple departments by helping fulfill operational and event-related needs
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Support administrative purchasing functions, including purchase orders, requisitions, and invoice processing
• Provide flexibility and support during high-volume events and peak operational periods

How we determine your qualifications:

• Previous food service, warehouse, purchasing, or inventory experience preferred
• Private club, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus
• Experience with BirchStreet or other procurement/inventory software is a plus
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused environment
• Ability to lift and move stock items as needed
