What You’ll Do
Working under the direction of our Food & Beverage leadership team, you’ll bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift.
As a Server
- Prepare your station before service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Complete opening and closing side work thoroughly and efficiently
- Stay informed on daily specials, featured drinks, and menu updates
- Learn the menu inside and out, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently
- Accurately operate the POS system and process transactions
- Deliver polished, attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Anticipate guest needs through refills, pre-bussing, and attentive follow-up
As a Bartender
- Craft cocktails and beverages with consistency, accuracy, and creativity
- Maintain strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and specialty beverages
- Deliver upbeat, engaging service to bar and dining guests
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Handle cash and transactions responsibly and accurately
- Maintain presentation standards for every beverage served
- Help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere guests want to return to

Housing is provided for one individual in our Adventure Camp, located within the park. Accommodations are in small, shared cabins with access to shared bath houses and a communal kitchen/dining area. Please note that this is shared housing and pets are not permitted.
