Assist with crew development by training new associates, fostering a welcoming environment, and participating in recruiting efforts.
Maintain operational standards, including merchandise control, store cleanliness, and loss prevention.
Support merchandising efforts and provide weekly product feedback.
Requirements include strong communication, team focus, adaptability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends.
