We are recruiting for Seasonal Mobile Medical Receptionists to work either on our mobiles or in the office.
Dates of position: Beginning of July- end of August
Job Responsibilities: • Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner either on the mobiles or in the office. • Checks in patients and Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system • Confirms, cancels and reschedules appointments as directed • Complies with applicable policies and procedures • Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required
No experience required. Full training provided
Requirements: • Ability to multitask • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills • Eligible to Work in the US
